How To:
Cook Ribs:
Place bones down in either the oven or on the BBQ until meat starts to peel off the bones. Cover meat in optional sauce or spices and flip over to cook on the meat side until done.
Marinating:
Marinades soak into the meat between 3-4 hours. If you are able to marinade larger quantities overnight, or for a couple days, would be more tender and soaked into the meat.
